The circle closes and chaos begins yet again in this version of Stephen King’s ‘The Stand’. This time around there’s an all-new Coda from the author. The episode opens with the return of Capitan Trips. Except it’s only baby Abby who is afflicted. There’s been no word of survivors from New Vegas. Thankfully, those two crises are addressed quickly. With her healthy baby and her man at her side, Frannie decides that it’s time to leave Boulder in the rearview for a while.
Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort break down ep 1×09, “The Circle Closes”. Frannie finally gets a chance to facedown Flagg, but its all a dream. Or is it something more. We do see that Flagg has been reborn with only his boots and a new name. Was this a fitting “ending” to this tale? Are you curious to see what fresh chaos could come from Russell Faraday?
