Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is set to drop in just four months. With expectations and curiosity growing, Warner Bros. has done little to sate our appetite. Until now, new photos have been released from the film.
The first photo is of Yusef Kama, played by William Nadylam. We first saw Yusef briefly in the trailer at the circus. However, this photo shows that he’s more than just a circus spectator.
What could he be talking to Newt and Jacob about? It will no doubt be important. Kama is a well known wizarding family, with connections to a couple other important families.
For more *SPOILERS* look at the wizarding tree.
On the left you see the name Kama. We already know that Leta is in the movie, could Yusef be a relative?
Head here for a more in-depth theory on what this illuminated tree may expose.
A young Newt is seen in the new picture.
A cutie pie Newt in his Hufflepuff robes is seen in some sort of class with Professor Dumbledore. What is he doing? It reminds me of the scene in Harry Potter when they’re facing the boggarts. Obviously it’s a class, we know Dumbledore taught Transfiguration, so what has Newt so scared? Whatever it is, it’ll be interesting seeing young Newt and the old Hogwarts. What new insights will we get on Newt? It will no doubt delve a little more into the relationship between Newt and Dumbledore, which I can’t wait to see.
