Dynasty, Season 1, Episode 20, “A Line from the Past” aired April 27th, 2018
The stage is being set for our season finale, and it promises to be explosive if this episode was any indication! The lying, scheming and backstabbing is at an all-time high as the Carringtons continue to go head to head. But there are other players entering the board, and their intentions aren’t any better than that of the Carringtons’. There were so many things happening, it was difficult to pick just 8, but we managed to do it. Keep reading to check out our picks!
8. Alexis and Jeff
We shouldn’t like these two teaming up. We know. But we just can’t seem to help ourselves. The drama is what we come for every week, and this is a pair that is sure to deliver! We know nothing good will come from Alexis and Jeff being together, but damn if we aren’t going to enjoy the ride anyway!
7. The scheming
Speaking of what we come for, the scheming is at an all-time high, and it’s putting our entertainment level right up there with it. There has been nothing but scheming characters since the moment this show started and it hasn’t stopped since.
6. The flashbacks
Getting a glimpse of a young Fallon Carrington was nothing short of incredible. We haven’t been able to see anything like this all season. So the fact that it was saved until the last handful of episodes makes it even sweeter. Add to that the story surrounding the flashbacks, and we’ve got ourselves some quality television!
5. Anders
We always love Anders and that love for him has only grown since his relationship with Sammy has improved so much. Their bond is one of the strongest on screen, not to mention the purest. These are pretty much the only two people that are always real with each other. But seeing Anders giving Sammy relationship advice had us full on swooning!
4. The secret Carrington
Ever since we heard about the elusive Adam Carrington, we’ve been waiting for him to make his appearance. Especially since Steven took off to find him. But the fact that Jeff could possibly be that child? Yeah, our minds are blown! This storyline started as old and tired and has become one of our main concerns! We need to know!
3. Cristal and Michael team up
Michael has been the one character we haven’t been able to pin down. We can easily go from loving him to distrusting him in just a sentence. But he is really beginning to choose his side, and we’re loving it. We would never have expected Michael to team up with Cristal, but now that it’s happened we can’t wait to see what these two are capable of!
2. Fallon and Cristal versus Blake
We have said it before and we will say it again. Seeing Fallon and Cristal team up is and always will be one of our favorite things. But seeing the two of them team up to go against Blake is our bread and butter. Watching Cristal and Fallon fight for a while was fun and often had us laughing, but when these two women are on the same side, there is nothing they can’t do!
1. Fallon and Cristal versus Alexis
The only thing better than seeing Fallon and Cristal team up and go after Blake, is seeing the two of them team up and go after Alexis. Not only do we really need to see Alexis go down, but it would just make things so sweet if it was Fallon and Cristal that pulled off the takedown. Not only do we want it, but at this point we need it!
