‘Siren’ recap: Brad and Cort Talk Ep 1×03, “Interview with a Mermaid”

Siren, Ep 1×03, “Interview with a Mermaid” aired on April 5, 2018

Welcome back to Bristol Cove! This week, the search continues for Ryn’s sister and missing Fisherman, Chris. The latter is able to get a message to his friends Xander and Calvin. The duo manages to track down the nurse tasked with treating Chris’ injuries. Meanwhile, Helen presses her friend about her nighttime wandering but never gets an answer. Ryn is more intent than ever about tracking down her sister and grows frustrated with Maddie and Alex’s slow progress on that front. She’s not too happy that they seem more focused on testing her reflexes and cognitive functions. She does come to understand that her human counterparts are much more fragile than her own species, and she learns to trust them.

Hit play and listen in as Brad and Cort break down this week’s all-new episode, “Interview with a Mermaid”. Who do you think will be found first, Chris or Ryn’s sister? What will the military do now that they know that it was Ben who found their lure? What did you think of Ben and Maddie’s time spent bonding and learning about Ryn? Do you agree with our theory as to Ryn’s strength or were we overthinking things?  Give us a listen and then be sure to drop a comment or in our Facebook group with your thoughts on Ep 1×03,“Interview with a Mermaid”.
