Brad and Cort Talk: Rukiya Bernard drops in to talk vamps and an apocalyptic future in ‘Van Helsing’
It’s August, and you know what that means — it’s nearly time to stow the grill and our beach gear and reach instead for our remotes. Van Helsing cast member Rukiya Bernard drops in to talk about her new show on Syfy. The network dropped a special preview episode of its newest series on July 31st — we caught it. Verdict? You guys! This show kicks all kinds of butt. This isn’t just any vampire show, and it has no relation to the 2004 feature film of the same name. It does offer an interesting take on the entire vampire mythos, a lot of great action, and characters that leave you wanting more. We are literally counting down the weeks until this show finally premieres.
