‘Legends of Tomorrow’ recap: Season 1, Episode 15, “Destiny,” Aired May 12, 2016
Well, that happened…
I cannot put into words how sad I am. Instead, I am going to recap this episode through my reactions, while watching the episode.
First Ten Minutes
Everyone is in a cage. Stupid Time Masters!
Where is #CaptainCanary?
Oh…There they are.
They took a page out of Octavia’s book and hid under the floor!
Snart, “Let’s leave the team.”
Sara, “No.”
Snart, “I will shoot you!”
Sara, “No.”
Gideon, “Hi, Guys! I didn’t die! What’s the plan?”
Snart, “Fine.”
(At least, this is how the conversation played out in my head.)
Next 20 Minutes
Stein is dying! Jax is dying! Everyone is dying!
Oh…look… Carter comes back and all of the sudden, Kendra is weak again…
Savage caught them.
No! Do not brain wash Rory!
The last thing we need, is Chronos to come back!
Oh, look, Ray is complaining…
What else is new?
Back on the ship – #CaptainCanary feels!
I can’t handle the flirting!
Go for it, Snart!
Oh. Shut down!
The Following 10 Minutes
The Time Masters did what?!
I am going to punch them all!
Poor Rip…
Atom is not allowed to die!
WTF is Occulus?
Oh. That is Occulus.
The Final 10 Minutes
No Chronos!
Rory lives!
Jax comes back, in the nick of time.
Love this fight scene!
Superhero Walk…
The Scene
First, Atom is willing to sacrifice himself to destroy Occulus. Next, Rory knocks him out and takes Atom’s place. Then, Snart knocks Rory out and takes Rory’s place. Sara kisses Snart goodbye and it happens…
Leonard Snart Dies!
What is with The CW killing people after they finally kiss? Do we, as viewers have a sign on our backs, that reads, “Please kill our most beloved characters. We enjoy it.” ? Stop crushing our souls, The CW!
Leonard Snart will be missed, dearly. In the end, Leonard was a true hero. At least, we got one #CaptainCanary kiss, right? I say with sadness in my heart.
In all seriousness, Wentworth Miller is a wonderful actor. I look forward to seeing him in future Flash episodes.
