Podcast: Brad and Cort Talk ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ episode 1×10, “Progeny”

This week our Legends are headed back to the future. Again. Only this time it’s even further than they’ve traveled before. The year is 2147 and Vandal is closer than ever to his ultimate goal of world domination. Yea, that’s what I said. Sounds like fifty shades of Pinky and the Brain, but there you have it. Savage has even found his own personal pinky. His progeny will grant Vandal the means to take over by helping create and release a virus that decimates most of the world population.

Firefly/Serenity alum, Jewel Staite pops up with a very interesting connection to Ray Palmer and the Minority Report-like robots that are flying all around the futuristic city. The group takes turns chatting with their newly returned frenemy, Mick Rory. Rip wrestles with taking drastic measures to ensure the future that leaves his loved ones dead never happens. Kendra gets a blast from the past, making her current love affair with Ray quite complicated.

A lover of words and moving pictures, I'm a fangirl from way back. Seriously—I grew up watching Daytime TV from my granny's knee. It was Knots Landing over Dynasty, and BtVS over pretty much everything else. I watch entirely too much television and am quite happy sitting in an empty movie theater on a rainy day. And if we’re talking bromances, there's no bromance quite like the Winchesters. Cort has been writing since she can remember and podcasting for nearly 10 years with @bradzb. Be sure to check us out our "Brad and Cort Talk" interviews and recaps. Also, join in the conversation over at our "Brad and Cort Talk" FB group.
