Meet our WCW, Bitsie Tulloch

WARNING: If you are not caught up on Grimm, there are MAJOR spoilers ahead.

Let’s get acquainted with Bitsie Tulloch, our stunna of a WCW.

Cue Usher, because these are my confessions. I didn’t like Bitsie at first. Scratch that. I didn’t like her character Juliette on Grimm. She just didn’t do it for me.

Then something happened: Grimm killed off Juliette, main character Nick’s love interest, and a major factor in the show. Gasp! Through a long chain of events, she had become a hexenbiest, the equivalent of a wicked witch. Due to her new status, she became, well, wicked, and went from Nick’s love to his enemy. She tried to kill him, and that didn’t end well for her. BUT THEN THEY BROUGHT HER BACK AS THE ABSOLUTE BADASS EVE!!

Guys, it’s literally all about Eve for me right now. She’s smart, she’s fierce, and she can rock a platinum wig almost as well as Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Sorry, Julia. You know you’re still my main boo.

As it turns out, Juliette wasn’t really dead. I know, so soap opera of them. She was taken by a secret rebel group and retrained into super weapon Eve. Now, as Eve, she’s helping Nick and Co in their wesen fights. Boom.

Bitsie has been on Grimm since the start, but that’s not her whole story. She’s had roles on House, Portlandia, and The West Wing, among others. She also had starred in some award-nominated films such as The Artist and Caroline and Jackie. Most recently, Bitsie starred in the 2015 film Concussion, shedding light on the issue of traumatic brain injuries in the NFL.

Oh, and did I forget to mention this woman graduated magna cum laude from Harvard? She’s not mad you didn’t assume that, she’s just disappointed.

Keep an eye on this one. I have a feeling we’re just beginning to get a taste of what Bitsie has to offer. Cheers to our WCW, Bitsie Tulloch. Keep slaying, girl.

Catch Bitsie on NBC’s Grimm Fridays, 9/8c., and follow Pure Fandom’s coverage of the show and recaps on EW.com!
