Episode 4×20 “What Lies Beneath”
What a killer episode! ‘What Lies Beneath’ is definitely one of my favorites of season 5. As if Elena and Stefan keeping a secret from Damon couldn’t get any worse, the trio get stuck in a cabin with a jealous Caroline. In this episode, Stefan and Elena prove that they are utterly terrible liars, Bonnie proves that she is actually a pretty good liar, Tyler’s friends prison shank him and Markos gets closer to completing his mission.
