7 Obscure ’80s cartoons you may have forgotten about

0

Ahhh, the ’80s. We had some great cartoons then that many of us remember and adore. There were also many obscure cartoons that were just as good that were forgotten by many. Let’s take a look at seven of them

Tranzor Z

Tranzor Z – a monster fighting robot with rocket fists. Not many people I know remember this cartoon for some reason, but I do remember watching this one when I was growing up.

Chip ‘n Dale’s Rescue Rangers

Another cartoon that slipped into obscurity was this one about Disney’s Chip and Dale solving crimes. I can remember watching the show, but can’t really remember any of the episodes. It’s another where I don’t know anyone who’s actually seen this cartoon.

Gummi Bears

Another Disney cartoon that slipped into obscurity, this one is about bears who drank a special juice that made them bouncy. That’s really all I can remember.

Star Blazers

This cartoon I grew up watching, but I only know one other person who remembers watching it. It really is a great cartoon about a crew on a mission to save the Earth from total destruction.

C.O.P.S.

This one I only vaguely remember watching, and I don’t know a single person who can recall it. From the intro it seems pretty good, though.

SilverHawks

I remember the guy with the cowboy hat. But that’s about it.

M.A.S.K.

I don’t remember much about this one either… except for that red car.

Unfortunately, all these cartoons have all faded into obscurity, and we hope that we’ve jogged your memory about them. Which are your favorites? Are there any cartoons that should be on this list that we’ve missed? Drop us a line and let us know!
