The new trailer for Logan was released today, and yes — it’s just as good as the first one. Logan is said to be Hugh Jackman’s swan song; his last film portraying the iconic role he brought to life. It’s also the sequel to 2013’s The Wolverine. In the trailer we get more of a glimpse into the movie’s other star, who is shown to be a fierce female mutant with claws of her own. She’s Laura Kinney (AKA, X-23!), played by Dafne Keen.

Highlights from the trailer:
-Logan’s comments on the old X-Men comics: “Maybe a quarter of it happened, and not like this.”
-Laura Kinney’s kickass fight scenes.
-Laura Kinney being a mini Wolverine.
-Wolverine’s character continuing to develop and grow — which is why he’s arguably the best X-Men.
-Call us crazy, but was that Avengers: Age of Ultron Quicksilver as the clerk in the store?
-Logan grabbing a cigar from the store. #Bub
-Patrick mother-f*cking Stewart. ‘Nuff said.
The song from the trailer gives us all the feels, similar to how the first Logan trailer did with the infamous Johnny Crash cover of Nine Inch Nails’ “Hurt”. Watch the first trailer here, in addition to Johnny Cash’s now legendary music video of “Hurt”.
Here’s the song from the second Logan trailer:
Logan is directed by James Mangold, who also did The Wolverine, and will be in theatre’s March 3.
